My name is Alcina Mazers and I am 30 years old. I live in the Marseille region, or to be more precise, in Allauch.
I am married with an adorable four-year-old girl, Stella. I am French, but I come from a mixed background: the grandparents on my father's side are French, but on my mother's side, my grandmother is Portuguese and my grandfather is Spanish.
It is one heck of a mixture, which probably explains why my cooking tends to favour southern-style dishes. I enjoy making regular trips to my ancestors' countries to find my roots and draw inspiration for new sun-kissed recipes.
